On the following February 21st, 2023 we celebrate Pancake Tuesday in Ireland, one of the sweetest days of the year. In the old days, before the start of Lent, households would use the ingredients left in the fridge to make pancakes and amazing toppings. The tradition kept for decades but is not so associated with religions nowadays.
